Our Austin Angus Road center is located in Building E of the Twelve Oaks Professional Center on Angus Road just off of Highway 183 near Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

Our Team

Andreas Mueller, P.T., MPT, CFMT, Center Manager

Andreas is the center manager and physical therapist at the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, Angus Road location, in Austin, Tex. Andreas has specialized in orthopedic manual therapy since 2001. Andreas received a master's degree in physical therapy in 2001 and certification in functional manual therapy (CFMT) in 2006. His clinical expertise in manual, orthopedic care has allowed him to help countless patients improve or eliminate their pain and to reach their fullest potential. Together, with the patient, he focuses on developing a plan to help patients feel better, move better and stay better. In addition to his patient care, Andreas also serves as senior faculty for Select Medical's Outpatient Education Department. He has instructed courses nationally since 2003 and has developed over 12 different continuing education courses.

Vanessa Brizeno, P.T., DPT, CFMT

Vanessa has been a physical therapist at Baylor Scott & White since 2008. Vanessa is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, as well as teaching nationally for Select Medical. She began her journey as a physical therapist after going through her own rehabilitation for various life injuries throughout the years. After experiencing how therapy impacted her own life, she was motivated to get into physical therapy as a career, so she can be a part of the healing journey for others. She obtained her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Texas Christian University and then went on to achieve her doctorate in physical therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. She is a certified functional manual therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art, certified dry needling specialist and a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist.
