We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and neuropsychology to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our therapists work with you and create an individualized treatment plan to help you quickly return to daily activities, work duties and recreational pursuits.

We are proud to serve our community, providing each person an exceptional experience that promotes healing, recovery and return to an active lifestyle in a safe, progressive and compassionate environment. Request an appointment and experience the power of physical therapy today.

Success Stories

Ami Patel

Ami Patel was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. After chemotherapy and a double mastectomy with lymph node removal, she was referred to our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist. Ami shared, "My therapist is amazing. During my sessions, we do a lot of manual massaging to help with the tightness, cording and range of motion issues. This has been super helpful and allows me to do much more with my kids, cook, run errands, wash what little hair I have growing back, etc. After this, we do exercises that help with stretching, building muscle mass and endurance. I had chemo for most of this year and it has made significant changes to my body where I have been very weak. I needed these exercises to get me back to moving again more easily." Ami recently completed a breast cancer walk, went on vacation and is feeling great.
