Our Mid Cities / North Richland Hills center is located at the intersection of Precinct Line Road and Martin Drive, across from Andy's Frozen Custard just north of Mid-Cities Blvd.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help.  

We provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy to individuals suffering from injury or pain associated with sports injuries, back/neck pain, joint problems, balance disorders and work-related injuries. Our Team

Zoe Adom, P.T., DPT - Center Manager

Zoë Adom, P.T., DPT has been a member of Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation since March 2019. She specializes in overhead athletes, runners, jumpers, pre- and post-operative joint replacements and spinal rehabilitation. Zoë earned her doctorate of physical therapy (DPT) from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She enjoys beach travels, hikes and movie nights with her husband. Zoë is the center manager of the Mid-Cities location with a strong background in sports. She is a Baylor Bear volleyball alum and retired international professional volleyball player who enjoys time with family and friends during athletic events of all levels. Each patient can expect to have an individualized approach to his or her rehabilitation journey. It is Zoë's priority to provide a positive therapy experience while assisting patients in their personal goals.
